Fairly clean venue with great and fab location on sea front. Marvellous breakfast for the start of the day with chocolate spread and croissants, for example. Amazing hotel, fantastic, budget rooms in the windows.

Loved the location right across from the tram stop! The room was super clean and quite spacious, and the bonus of free parking was fabulous. The hostess made everything easy, and I felt right at home.
A few extra hooks for towels wouldn't go amiss either.

Great hosts who treated us like fam, super helpful n friendly. The breakfast setup was on point, really enjoyed how it all worked instead of buffet chaos. The room was clean and cozy, had plenty of supplies like tea n coffee. The location was super convenient for tram access n free parking, loved it!
Only a bit annoyed about the bed being too firm for my liking and the room coulda use some extra pillows. A bathroom bin would be handy.

Cute owners, clean accommodation, close to tram stop for easy access to attractions, and the Wi-Fi speed was great for planning our daily adventures.

A fab find!
The cooked breakfast was delish. They had free cookies available. The staff even recognized our anniversary which was such a sweet touch. Though it takes a bit to walk into town, there's a tram nearby if you're not feeling it. Honestly, just a bit noisy outside at night, but nothing too crazy.

I was greeted with a warm smile and those delicious homemade cookies, what a fantastic start! The breakfast was served fresh and cooked to order, which really made my mornings special. Plus, the location was perfect for exploring the trams and seeing the fine illuminations nearby.
